Customer Service

Shipping - we use UPS and U.S. Postal services. An order size will determine which service will be used.

Ordering - orders are billed and shipped the same day, but usually within 48 hours of order completion

Returns - All returns need to have prior approval and a return authorization number before we can accept the return. Any returns should be shipped in their original shipping carton with the original packing materials. We cannot provide credit for items returned without following these instructions. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery if a return needs to be made.

Restocking Charge - A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns made for the following reasons:
  • items were not delivered in a timely manner through the fault of the delivery service
  • shipment was refused and returned
  • customer is unavailable for delivery and returned
